Consultation Fees

Initial Appointment

(45 minutes) $165

If you have private health insurance with extras, I am able to claim on the spot via Medipass. You can find out what rebate you will get back with your insurer by quoting the item code 500.  For follow up consultations, the item code is 505.

If you have an eligible  Medicare Care plan, you will be charged the full amount and I will process the medicare rebate online which is currently $55, this will be deposited into your nominated bank account  with medicare.

Review Appointments

(30 minutes) $115

For follow up consultations, the item code is 505 and I will be able to process your private health insurance online via Medipass.

Payment Methods

I have a HICAPS machine, where I can process your private health insurance, Medicare care plans.

Payment is required at the time of consultation.  I accept cash, card, payID and direct bank deposits.

Cancellation Policy

I run a busy clinic with a waitlist. It's imperative that I allow everyone to access my services, so I require 24 hrs notice for a cancellation.

You will receive an email 1 week prior to your appointment and a SMS reminder 2 days prior to your appointment, where you must respond with a "Y" or "N" by 6pm the day of the message.

If you cancel within 24 hrs of your scheduled appointment you will incur a 50% fee of the cancelled appointment.

If you wish to reschedule your appointment you can do so via email info@physiocara.com.au, SMS or calling and leaving me a message on 0403 326 306.

A "no show" or failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in full payment of the missed appointment.

Reduction or wavier of the "no show fee" or late cancellation fee in extenuating circumstances is at the discretion of Cara Richmond.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not permitted on services that have been provided.

By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the cancellation and refund policies set by Cara Richmond Physiotherapy. Cara Richmond retains the rights to amend this policy at any time without notice.
