About Cara

I bring over 14 years of clinical expertise as a Pregnancy and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. As a mother, educator, and mentor in the field of Physiotherapy, I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Medicine (Pain Management) at the University of Sydney. This advanced qualification will empower me to assist more clients dealing with chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, and various bowel disorders to enhance their quality of life.

For over 13 years, I have established my practice in the Northern, Inner West, and Western Suburbs of Melbourne, fostering strong relationships with the community, local doctors, and specialists.

Driven by a commitment to achieving client goals and providing exceptional care, I offer an individualized "hands-on" treatment approach tailored to your specific needs.
